As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch service to our clients and ensuring their printing needs are met with precision and excellence. Daily Responsibilities: Interact with clients to understand their printing needs and provide solutions Coordinate with production team to ensure timely delivery of printed materials Manage customer orders and ensure accuracy of details Handle inquiries and resolve any customer issues or concerns Assist with general office duties as needed Nice to Have Skills: Experience in commercial printing industry Knowledge of digital press Ability to operate binding equipment Proficiency in digital printing Experience with large format printing Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year Company Information: LDI Printing Centers provides digital construction and commercial printing services, including large format printing, custom vinyl decals, signage, and printed apparel for construction professionals and businesses.
