Key Responsibilities: Serve as day-to-day contact for clients and develop strong, consultative relationships Manage all lines of employee benefits: medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, disability, voluntary benefits, and more Oversee renewals including competitive marketing, plan design analysis, and contribution modeling Act as a liaison with insurance carriers and advocate on behalf of clients Prepare renewal presentations, financial reports, and plan performance reviews Support client compliance with ACA, ERISA, and other regulatory requirements Maintain accurate client data in HUB's Agency Management System Support wellness initiatives and coordinate health fairs, as needed Mentor junior team members and provide back-up support to leadership when needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 8 years' experience in brokerage, consulting, insurance, or corporate benefits Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills Experience with healthcare industry clients preferred Core Competencies: Client-focused and results-driven Strong business and market acumen Collaborative and team-oriented Strong technical and functional expertise Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Other Requirements: Ability to travel as needed Frequent computer use The expected pay range for this position is $105,000 annually to $120,000 annually and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope, and level.
