Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager

HUB's customer service professionals provide critical support to our customers through account management, claims management, day-to-day client oversight, and underwriting services that make us a leading sales and service organization in the insurance industry. Through a robust network of resources, you will be amongst some of the industry's top talent to help guide and support our customer's needs and provide them with innovative solutions. The commercial lines associate account manager provides administrative and clerical support to the commercial channel through assisting the team in providing quality customer service. In this role, you will: Prepare renewal solicitations and/or exposure workbooks Prepare submissions in collaboration with the marketing coordinator, account manager, and/or account executive Prepare applications, including carrier and Acord applications Prepare and process subjectivities Update market summary and/or epic Prepare draft proposals Renew policies in epic Invoicing activities First review of returned policy checking Prepare summary of insurance Prepare audit summaries and dividend summaries, if applicable Request and process change requests, including obtaining pricing from carrier where appropriate Process lost policy release forms Manage account documentation; includes sending update requests to client, follow up to ensure receipt, update our records, submit updates to carriers. Maintain follow-up system with insurance carriers to ensure requests are processed timely Furnish underwriters with additional information as requested Provide support when the account manager or account executive is out of the office; this includes providing quotations and answering routine policy inquiries Enter client information and policy detail into broker management system or delegate when applicable Pursue a program for personal and professional development Perform other specific duties and projects as assigned by management What you offer us: 1-2 years of commercial lines insurance experience Property and casualty producer's license Well organized with an aptitude for details Strong written and oral communication skills Understand and analyze insurance coverages, forms, and policies Work normally scheduled hours and additional time as needed.
