As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the center of our daily operations and customer experience. You will: Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and positivity Schedule service appointments and coordinate with field technicians Provide clear updates, answer questions, and guide customers through next steps Troubleshoot concerns and deliver helpful, solutions-focused responses Accurately document customer interactions and service details Identify opportunities to recommend services that genuinely help the customer Learn our services inside and out to become a trusted resource for homeowners What We're Looking For
You're a great fit if you bring: 1+ year of customer service experience (home services experience is a plus!) Excellent communication and active listening skills Strong organization and multitasking abilities A calm, friendly, customer-first mindseteven on busy days Comfort using computers and scheduling software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus) Reliability, teamwork, and a desire to grow High school diploma or equivalent Why You'll Love Working at Garage Door Medics
