What You'll Do: Canvass assigned areas, going door-to-door to connect with potential customers. Educate homeowners on the benefits of our fiber internet serviceshow it's faster, more reliable, and often more affordable than the competition. Confidently close sales using a simple digital process, signing up new customers on the spot. A structured training program that equips you with the skills to succeed. Every new employee will have the opportunity to attend a one-week onsite training event where they will learn through hands-on experience about the job. Are You? Must have a reliable insured car and valid driver's license. High School Diploma or GED Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and iPhones? Previous sales or door-to-door experience is a plus but not requiredwe'll train the right person. The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and cover terrains ranging from paved, gravel, dirt, and hilly roads. Employees who work virtually are required to maintain a distraction-free workspace and ensure they have a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 Mbps. Earn a total sign-on bonus of $5,000, distributed in installments. Receive $1,000 upon successfully completing your 5-week residency, $2,000 at the 6-month milestone, and the remaining $2,000 after 12 months of service. This offer is available to new employees only and requires you to be employed and in good standing at the time of each payout. The starting compensation range for this job is $31,200 to $37,000 annually
