The Job: As Purchasing Clerk, you'll be part of our Operations team working as an onsite employee. You'll get to: Maintain accounts payable process. Coordinate resolution on exceptions by working with buyers for verification. Process exceptions on Client Dashboard, Invoice Exceptions Dashboard & Metastorm Correspond with vendors to resolve open issues in timely manner Correspond with other departments on purchasing related issues Maintain purchase orders requiring annual renewal for services to meet Sarbanes requirements Assist with physical inventory Assist with entering sales orders Assist with answering and forwarding incoming calls

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Excellent attention to detail.
