Tellers process a variety of routine financial transactions (check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, loan payments, etc.) and accurately balance these transactions while maintaining friendly and positive relationships with customers and coworkers. Responsibilities include:/pulliOperate a teller drawer to serve customers and bank personnel in lobby or drive up./liliRecognize potential cross-sell opportunities and direct customers to appropriate bank personnel/liliDevelop skills to recognize potential fraud and report to management as necessary/liliComply with all department, bank and regulatory policies and procedures/liliMay be responsible for bank opening/closing and may be required to participate in community events/liliAssist with training of teller staff and problem resolution./liliAssist manager with operational tasks such as audits and bookkeeping/li/ulpQualifications:/pulli1+ years of previous teller experience/liliExcellent customer service and communication skills/liliHigh school diploma or GED required/liliAble to lift up to 50 lbs.; able to stand for long periods of time/liliTravel between branches may be necessary/li/ulpBenefits:/ppMedical Insurance
