Loan Servicing - Seasonal Associate Business Unit:
Loan Operations Reports To:
Supervisor of Loan Operations Position Overview: This seasonal position supports loan servicing operations by handling mail processing, title release requests, refund check printing, commercial loan funding, and auto transfer processing. The role ensures the accuracy and efficiency of these essential functions while adhering to regulatory guidelines and internal policies. Primary Responsibilities: Manages daily mail runs, including sorting, distributing, and processing incoming and outgoing loan-related correspondence. Processes title release requests to ensure timely and accurate lien satisfaction upon loan payoff. Prints and distributes refund checks for overpayments, escrow adjustments, and loan-related corrections. Assists with commercial loan funding by preparing necessary financial entries and ensuring proper documentation. Processes and maintains automated loan payment transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with loan terms. Supports department record-keeping and tracking for loan servicing functions. Researches and resolves inquiries related to loan servicing tasks from internal and external stakeholders. Adheres to the Bank's risk management program in all loan servicing activities. The Seasonal Associate will work from May to August. Actual hours worked and employment period will be determined by the needs of the business.
