
Sales Representative
Maintain ongoing communication with current clients, reaching out proactively to understand their plumbing or water-related concerns and recommend appropriate solutions. Use company pricing tools and insurance parameters to prepare accurate, competitive estimates for repairs or replacements, guiding customers toward the best option and securing the sale. Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact, offering clear and reliable information to help customers make informed decisions. Utilize prospecting tools to follow up on leads for residential and commercial clients experiencing water damage or plumbing issues. Responsibilities: Identify opportunities to repair or replace sewer lines for residential and commercial properties. Perform video inspections of sewer systems to evaluate issues such as root intrusion, structural damage, or other conditions requiring excavation or line replacement. Identify and present solutions for addressing water-related property damage in homes and businesses. Conduct on-site evaluations to measure moisture levels, determine the extent of damage, and assess the necessity for demolition, drying, or other restoration steps. Essential Skills: Experience in outside sales, preferably 6 months to 1 year in customer-facing roles. Eagerness and self-motivation with a strong customer service orientation. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Clean and valid driver's license is mandatory. Stability in career path, with a preference for those with customer-facing sales experience. Background in construction, roofing, or home remodeling is beneficial. Willingness to work additional shifts, including weekends. Work Environment: This role involves working as a Field Supervisor for the Water Restoration and Excavation teams, covering Alameda County, Contra Costa County, and parts of San Joaquin County. Employees have the flexibility to start their day from home and are expected to be in the service area at the start of their shifts. Shifts vary, including 9am
5pm, mid-shift 11am
8pm, and 2pm
10pm, with the possibility of longer days for Water Restoration roles. Weekend work may be required. Employees in excavation receive a company vehicle, while those in water restoration use personal vehicles with mileage reimbursement. Training is provided and lasts 4-6 weeks. The work environment is commission-based with uncapped potential, and there are incentives such as the Diamond Club for achieving sales targets.
