We are looking for a motivated customer service representative to join our team in El Cajon, California. This contract to permanent position requires handling both inbound and outbound calls to manage customer appointments effectively. The role involves working with warm and hot leads, ensuring successful communication and booking goals are met in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Manage a high volume of daily inbound and outbound calls, ranging from 50 to 70 calls per day. Schedule and confirm customer appointments with a goal of securing 10 bookings daily. Engage professionally with warm and hot leads to build rapport and address customer needs. Ensure accurate and timely data entry for all interactions and appointments. Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Operate a multi-line phone system to manage call flow efficiently. Maintain organized records of communications and appointments. Collaborate with team members to optimize scheduling and service delivery. Uphold company standards in all verbal and written communications. Adapt to a flexible schedule, working Tuesday through Saturday with Saturday availability being essential. Requirements - Previous experience in receptionist duties or customer service roles. Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and switchboards with 1-10 lines. Strong communication skills for engaging with customers via phone. Ability to manage inbound calls professionally and efficiently. Experience with appointment scheduling and data entry. Proven track record of meeting daily and weekly goals in a call center or similar environment. Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday, including Saturdays as a must. Familiarity with call center operations and best practices.
