As an Outside Sales Representative, you will: Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets
Develop new business through cold calling, networking, and community outreach
Manage customer accounts, proactively resolving issues and coordinating deliveries
Present tailored, solution-driven proposals to help customers succeed
Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and customer needs
Spend time in the field cultivating and strengthening customer relationships
What You Bring
You may be a great fit if you: Have 1+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in construction or industrial supply
Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Are mechanically inclined and knowledgeable about tools, fasteners, or jobsite supplies
Have an established network in the industry or a strong ability to build one
Excel in both verbal and written communication; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Are self-motivated, solution-oriented, and detail-driven
Can lift 50 lbs regularly, and up to 100 lbs occasionally
Preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Why You'll Love Working With Us
