Manufacturing Inside Sales
Location: Latrobe, PA Schedule: Mon--Fri | 8:00 AM--5:00 PM We're hiring a Manufacturing Inside Sales professional to grow sales by managing customer relationships and supporting innovative manufacturing solutions. This role is ideal for a self-starting sales "hunter" with manufacturing experience. Manage inbound sales inquiries and customer relationships Prepare and deliver sales quotes Identify new sales opportunities and market trends Collaborate with engineering and production teams Maintain accurate records in ERP systems Minimal local travel and occasional trade shows Sales experience, preferably in manufacturing Technical school certificate in business, marketing, or related field Strong communication and customer service skills ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency Ability to read technical drawings Self-starter with a hunter mindset 80% health insurance + $1,500 HSA 401(k) match, life insurance Federal & Jewish holidays Tuition reimbursement and referral program
