
Card Operations Specialist
The Card Operations Specialist at INTRUST Bank is responsible for managing customer interactions related to fraud claims, ensuring satisfactory resolutions through independent decision-making and effective communication. This role emphasizes teamwork and community engagement while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to the bank's character qualities. Responsibilities: Investigate and document fraud cases with customers. Analyze fraud activity, data, and trends to make recommendations. Be well-versed in VISA chargeback regulations to recover disputed losses. Document and track fraud cases to ensure compliance with required timeframes. Resolve outstanding monetary items and research un-posted or rejected items. Provide customer service support to banking center personnel and customers. Replace lost, stolen, or fraudulently used cards. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years of banking and/or customer service experience preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Typing and keyboard skills required. Ability to work shifts, including days, nights, evenings, and weekends. Technical skills to multi-task between computer screens, systems, and phones. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
