About This Role

The Business Sales Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving B2B sales of Uniti products and services to small and midsize businesses within designated communities. This role is designed for individuals who excel in building strong client relationships and have a passion for achieving sales success. We provide extensive training and a high level of support to ensure your success. The Business Sales Consultant will be assigned a customer base within a territory, along with ample leads to guarantee success in the role. What You'll Do

The Business Sales Consultant will: Engage daily with prospective business clients, building a rapport and trust to generate sales within your assigned market. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with business clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand and meet their needs with tailored solutions. The Business Sales Consultant will have: A strong drive to achieve success in a competitive B2B sales environment, with a focus on building client relationships and closing deals. Excellent communication, organization, time management, and presentation skills, essential for engaging with business clients effectively. While experience working with customers in a sales role is a significant advantage, it is not required. A passion for sales and relationship building is crucial. A college degree or equivalent and 2-4 years of professional experience, or 6+ years of professional-level equivalent related experience; or a combination of education and related professional-level experience required. Physical tasks include standing continuously, walking frequently, sitting occasionally, and driving a car frequently. Bending, crouching, pushing-pulling, carrying, reaching above head, lifting-lowering, repetitive hand action, and fine manipulating are occasionally required. Audio visual needs include hearing continuously, near vision frequently, and far vision occasionally. Equipment used includes a computer, printer, telephone, and cellular phone.
