The secondary goal is to discover needs of potential buyers, scheduling of appointments at preferred market, and transition leads to appointments. Requires the ability to build solid relationships with customers utilizing strong sales and customer service skills. Also requires knowledge of each market, homes, and communities and the ability to deliver accurate and educational information./ppstrongDuties and Responsibilities:/strong/pulliResponsible for timely response to all routed calls immediately; using problem solving, customer service and communication skills to excite potential buyers./liliAsk appropriate questions to understand and uncover buyer preferences; seeks out additional prospect information to assist in determining appropriate product, pricing, time frame and location. Builds relationships with potential buyer via both phone and email./liliDemonstrates knowledge and provides material/information on M/I Homes product features, benefits, communities, and home designs./liliEnters and manage leads in CRM database, follow up on initial contact./liliSchedules appointments with New Home Consultant for meetings with potential homebuyers and/or performs handoff to local Internet Sales Manager./liliProvides feedback on lead quality, objections, and market demands.
