Strategic Senior Sales Technology Specialist
The Strategic Senior Technology Specialist executes Ricoh's core equipment and basic services strategy within assigned accounts, partnering closely with the Client Executive across Strategic and Enterprise Accounts. Job Duties and Responsibilities
Work with the Client Executive to execute equipment and basic services strategy within assigned accounts. Independently lead customer engagements, meetings, and opportunity developmentleveraging SMEs and other resources to position, propose, and close deals. Efficiently qualify opportunities and develop proposals that meet or exceed customer requirements. Craft and position the Ricoh portfolio to best fit customer needs. Assess customer fit, requirements, and financial affordability. Lead pricing, proposals, and negotiation processes. Propose, sell, and deliver profitable core equipment and basic services. Collaborate with matrixed teams to ensure high-quality deliverables for clients. Build trust, confidence, and influence with clients through effective collaboration. Clearly articulate Ricoh's industry positioning and value proposition. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. 510 years of experience selling into Fortune 5000 companies. Proven consultative selling skills. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong negotiation and sales skills. Deep understanding of customer approval processes and internal workflows. Ability to sell service annuities and manage change orders effectively. Demonstrated success using collaboration to build influence. Strong understanding of the core product and services portfolio. Ability to independently develop and deliver value propositions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Keeps current with market trends and industry changes. IT-savvy with a strong understanding of enterprise architectures. High learning agility. Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands
Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and normal temperature/noise levels. Work assignments are diverse and require the interpretation, comprehension, and application of complex material and data, as well as the ability to prepare and convey varied information. Minimal physical effort required. Work is primarily sedentary but may involve walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting or carrying objects under 10 lbs (such as files, books, and small parts). Moderate dexterity is needed for tasks involving calculators, keyboards, tools, and hand-eye coordination. Travel required (approximately 30%), which may include overnight travel.
