Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) ensures delivery of excellent customer service by accurately processing orders, communicating, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries. This position assists with the installation and fabrication process. The CSR will build and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service that will assist in increasing customer loyalty. Additional Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

High School diploma/GED required, Associate's Degree in Business is a plus

Minimum 1 year of scheduling experience

Stone industry experience or knowledge preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web based programs Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
