We're hiring an
Inside Sales Representative
who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional service experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships by providing knowledgeable product support and sales expertise, this is the role for you. What You'll Do
Develop expert knowledge of our products, services, and solutions. Conduct inside sales activities including follow-up on incoming leads, quoting, and order processing. Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending the right products and solutions. Collaborate with outside sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Support customers with updates on orders, deliveries, and any account-related issues. Prepare and deliver effective solutions-driven sales materials. What We're Looking For
1+ year of sales or counter sales experience in the construction industry Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing (preferred, not required) Strong communication skillsBilingual English/Spanish is a plus Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills Proven problem-solver with a customer-first mindset Ability to build strong customer relationships and maintain trust Able to lift 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally Why You'll Love Working With Us
