We’re hiring a Director of Finance to lead the financial strategy, compliance, and long-term sustainability of a mission-driven organization. This is a senior leadership role that partners closely with the Executive Director and Board, translating financial data into clear, actionable insights.

What You’ll Do as the Director of Finance

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to executive leadership and the Board
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Oversee full financial operations: GL, AP/AR, payroll, cash flow
• Ensure GAAP and nonprofit compliance; lead the annual audit
• Own grant and restricted-fund financial reporting
• Strengthening internal controls, systems, and reporting tools
• Lead and develop the finance team and external partners

What You Bring as the Director of Finance

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience
• Strong nonprofit accounting, compliance, and reporting expertise
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and Boards
• CPA highly preferred
