This is a hands-on, real-world content role designed for a driven college student or emerging creative who wants meaningful experience — not busywork.
You’ll work alongside a premium outdoor living brand, capturing real projects, real craftsmanship, and real transformations. This role offers flexibility around class schedules while providing exposure to professional content creation in a design/build environment.
If you’re serious about building a portfolio, learning on live projects, and contributing to a growing brand, this role offers more than a line on a résumé.
The Role
You’ll assist in creating and producing high-quality visual content that reflects the standard of our work. While this is a learning-forward role, we expect professionalism, attention to detail, and creative intent.
This position is ideal for someone studying videography, marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field who wants real ownership, mentorship, and portfolio-worthy work.
What You’ll Create
Video and photo content of outdoor living projects (before, during, and after).
Short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Project walk-throughs, detail shots, and behind-the-scenes storytelling.
Client and team features captured in a natural, professional manner.
Edited content aligned with brand standards and visual consistency.
How You’ll Work
Part-time hours with flexibility around classes and exams.
On-site filming scheduled in advance and coordinated with school commitments.
Editing work completed on a flexible timeline when possible.
Direct collaboration with leadership and creative direction support.
Exposure to real-world production, branding, and content strategy.
Who This Is For
This role is for someone who:
Is currently enrolled in college or recently graduated.
Is pursuing a career in videography, content creation, or digital marketing.
Has a creative eye and basic editing experience.
Is reliable, organized, and takes feedback seriously.
Wants hands-on experience building a professional portfolio.
Experience & Tools
Familiarity with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
Comfort using a camera or high-quality mobile setup.
Willingness to work on active outdoor job sites.
Drone experience a plus, not required.
