General Duties and Responsibilities: Staff model home office Answer telephone inquiries Generate appointments from walk-in customers, Realtors, and telephone inquiries Greet customers Demonstrate model home and provide information on home features and benefits Provide customers with general information o price ranges, specific models, options, mortgage rates and other information as directed by the Sales Consultant Provide information regarding community and surrounding area Inspect the grounds and models for maintenance problems Ensure cleanliness of model homes Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Excellent phone etiquette Excellent communication skills Legible handwriting Punctual Professional demeanor Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments Customer service driven A friendly, enthusiastic, and personable manner Must be proficient n Windows and Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver's license, proof of adequate auto liability insurance, and an acceptable driving record Able to work on weekends if necessary Prior customer service experience preferred Prior new home sales, property management, leasing, or high-end retail sales with excellent customer satisfaction preferred Real Estate License may be required to advance to Sales Associate or Sales Consultant role Note: Weekend work may be required At Brightland Homes, LTD. employment opportunity is based upon personal capabilities and qualifications without regard to race, creed, color, religion, sex, age, ancestry, national origin, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic as established by law.
