Job Summary

Tradeshow & Conferences: Richard assembles two to ten personnel to attend customer conferences around the country. You would be responsible for creating, coordinating, and setting up the booth at these shows. The logo, brand purpose, mission, and how we intend to communicate will be clarified through you.

Events: Richard is on panels, hosts industry days, lunch and learns, etc. You would be responsible for the creative side of the experience. Making individuals feel part of our purpose-building brand.

Campaigns – Media/commercials: You will help with the narrative, typically with 3rd party vendors, producing media that promotes more projects and more A-Players to our team.

Digital/social – Podcast: We are all things LinkedIn, Instagram, and Podcasts in the future. You would ensure a common brand theme throughout.

Photo & Video: You will ensure our field teams capture the creative. You would be in charge of video and photo companies capturing for social, website, etc.

Volunteer – Purpose Builder: We have three corporate pillars: community wellness, technology progress, and environmental stewardship. You would be the leader for the CEO as the conduit between them and us. You will imagine volunteer days, add media to the experience, and employee videos, etc.

Brand – Store/gear/clothing: You will create on-brand gear. You will ensure we are stocked and that our field personnel look good.

Communications – Investor, internal newsletter, news, intranet: We have a quarterly cadence with these items. We want internal and external letters to capture new project customers and new employees. The oversized item here is that you make our people feel alive as Purpose Builders, and that we are clear communicators of that story.

Awards: We have 4-6 major individual awards at the company. You would work with HR and the CEO to formulate project and individual awards. You are responsible for the trophies, the awards experience (award day / “Admin Day” each year).

Template Standardization: You work with our 3rd party brand team and internally to create all templated documents for the company. Same brand and theme. Your customer is both internal (employees) and external (customers) to ensure we meet our brand promise.

Business Planning & Townhalls: We have quarterly townhalls and an annual business plan. Soon we will have a ‘Five-Year Plan Presentation’ as well. You will ensure that themes, messaging, and brand are all acting as one.

Client & Sub Surveys: This most likely will move to a “Career Development” function in HR. Still, you will work with HR to ensure we achieve intended results – transparent feedback from customers and employees so that we can improve our exceptional experiences.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Recognized brand and market leader with the ability to shape, steward, and elevate company purpose, voice, and presence across all external and internal touchpoints
  • Extensive experience leading high-visibility tradeshows, conferences, and executive engagements, owning creative vision, experience design, and vendor orchestration
  • Proven ability to set narrative and direction for integrated campaigns, including media, video, social, podcasts, and third-party creative partnerships
  • Strong track record of owning brand consistency at scale, ensuring alignment across digital platforms, presentations, templates, apparel, and physical environments
  • Trusted partner to executive leadership and HR, translating strategy into compelling communications, town halls, recognition moments, and employee experiences
  • Experience building and activating purpose-driven initiatives that connect community impact, employer brand, and market credibility
