What you will be doing: Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Meet personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
