Personal Training Manager
Looking for a personal training manager who will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for assisting the managing partner with daily club operations and directly managing a team of personal trainers at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe. The personal training manager supports a high-performance, high-care culture that operates with speed and urgency in delivering results through member integration, programming, and development. They create a warm, kind, and hospitable club, allowing everyone to achieve their goals in a no judgments environment. Responsibilities include: hiring, training, and managing performance of a team of qualified personal trainers; assisting in the development and fitness expertise of all Crunch team members; meeting both new client acquisition and existing client retention targets; coaching and guiding direct reports; conducting 1:1 meetings; administering and managing the CrunchOne Kickoff experience; generating personal training client leads; ensuring accurate administration of PT services; maintaining accurate reporting and data; providing excellent customer service; reporting to the general manager and director of fitness; maintaining accurate time clock and personal training session utilization records; and maintaining accurate and up-to-date certification/CPR records. Required skills and experience include: 1-2 years of experience as a personal trainer; experience executing plans and managing KPIs; experience managing and leading a team of 3-10 employees; solid understanding of fitness industry, market and key business drivers; CPR/AED certification; and certification in one or more approved nationally accredited certifications. Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move 50 lbs and physical effort required for daily duties include lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking. Education requirements include a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor degree preferred. Compensation: $100,000+ annual earning potential.
