Summary

Delta Star Inc. is seeking a highly creative, detail‑driven Graphic Designer to lead the development and execution of visual assets that bring our brand to life. If you're passionate about storytelling through design, crafting compelling visuals, and elevating brand experiences across print and digital platforms, we want to hear from you.

What You\'ll Do

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll play a central role in shaping the visual identity of the organization. You’ll design themed graphics, presentations, templates, and marketing materials that communicate complex ideas with clarity and impact. You’ll collaborate with communications, content, and creative teams to ensure every asset aligns with brand guidelines and delivers a cohesive, high‑quality visual experience across all channels.

A Day in the Life

Your day will be filled with concepting, designing, and refining visual assets. You’ll sketch ideas, build storyboards, and transform stakeholder input into polished deliverables. You’ll develop templates, prepare print‑ready files, and ensure brand consistency across all materials. Whether you’re crafting a presentation using the assertion‑evidence model, producing marketing collateral, or updating brand guidelines, you’ll be the creative force that keeps our visual identity sharp, engaging, and aligned with business needs.

Specific Duties

  • Design themed graphics, templates, and layouts for proposals, reports, brochures, and presentations.
  • Create visually compelling presentations using the assertion‑evidence model to support strategic messaging.
  • Maintain, update, and provide guidance on Corporate Brand Guidelines.
  • Develop and manage a library of InDesign and PowerPoint templates for internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Communications, Content, and Creative teams to produce assets across print, digital, web, and experiential platforms.
  • Sketch, storyboard, and ideate new concepts based on stakeholder direction and independent research.
  • Own the creative process from concept through final execution for internal and external projects.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual aesthetic across all media.
  • Lead design projects ranging from simple requests to complex print‑ready materials.
  • Produce marketing collateral including brochures, tradeshow graphics, and custom promotional items.
  • Produce HR collateral such as business cards, new‑hire announcements, promotion announcements, and internal display boards.

What We\'re Looking For

We’re seeking a collaborative, imaginative designer who thrives in a fast‑paced creative environment and brings both artistic vision and technical precision. You enjoy solving visual challenges, elevating brand storytelling, and delivering polished, high‑impact design work.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, Web Design, or Advertising.
  • 5+ years of graphic/visual design experience, preferably in a cross‑functional environment.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and digital asset production.
  • Experience with printer specifications, print production workflows, and vendor coordination.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and visual problem‑solving skills.
  • Familiarity with digital production technologies for web and app‑based assets.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and prioritize based on business needs.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
  • Skilled in cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to maintain and organize large libraries of design assets.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical thinking.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Adaptability in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
