Graphic Designer
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Creative Director
Location: On-site - Pleasant Grove, UT
What You'll Do
- Design digital assets for email, website banners, landing pages, and social media.
- Create print and promotional assets including packaging, stickers, apparel, inserts, signage, and giveaways.
- Collaborate with email marketing to design and build effective email campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teammates on campaigns that resonate with the knife community.
- Manage digital assets, file structure, naming conventions, and versioning.
- Manage your workload, timelines, and quality.
- Jump in on other creative projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Strong foundation in design fundamentals (typography, color, layout, hierarchy)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience designing emails and campaigns in platforms like Klaviyo
- Ability to take direction, give thoughtful feedback, and collaborate effectively
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Comfort designing for both digital and print
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and file accuracy
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Experience in eCommerce or retail
- Familiarity with performance-based design or A/B testing
- Interest in knives, tools, or outdoor gear (we can teach you the rest)
Education & Experience
- 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of professional design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual taste and execution
Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely handle knives and edged tools
- Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, typing, and screen use
Work Environment
- Standard office environment
- On-site position only (no remote or freelance)
Schedule
- Full-time, salaried position (40 hours/week)
- Must be available to start work by 9:00 a.m.
