The position will partner closely with a senior position on the same project area, focusing primarily on execution, implementation, and day-to-day reliability of offer reporting systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and maintaining high-quality data products, working within established frameworks, and collaborating across teams to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.

  • Build and maintain automated offer campaign reporting pipelines, dashboards, and datasets under the guidance of a senior IC3..

  • Implement standardized logic for offer eligibility, fulfillment tracking, and payout validation across marketing campaigns.

  • Perform routine monitoring and data quality checks to ensure offer execution and fulfillment data is accurate, complete, and timely.

  • Investigate and help resolve data discrepancies, delays, or failures related to offer reporting and fulfillment tracking.

  • Support ongoing maintenance and enhancements of self-serve dashboards used by Marketing, Product, and Compliance stakeholders.

  • Assist with time-sensitive or non-standard offer reporting needs by extending existing reporting frameworks.

  • Contribute to documentation of data definitions, business logic, and reporting processes to ensure transparency and consistency.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Compliance partners to gather requirements and validate reporting outputs.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in data science, analytics, or data engineering roles supporting marketing, growth, or product analytics.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python for data analysis and pipeline development.

  • Experience building or maintaining dashboards and self-serve reporting solutions (e.g., Tableau or similar BI tools).

  • Familiarity with modern data stacks and workflow tools such as dbt, Airflow, and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake), or a strong willingness to learn.

  • Experience working with structured datasets and applying consistent business logic across reporting outputs.

  • Ability to follow established standards while contributing thoughtful improvements to data quality, efficiency, and maintainability.

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with operational data that requires high accuracy.

  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, non-technical partners.

  • Curiosity, reliability, and a growth mindset, with interest in developing toward greater ownership over time.
