This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and confident in managing payment follow-ups and building positive relationships with tenants. Key Responsibilities Handle tenant relations by maintaining open and professional communication. Ensure on-time rent and payment collections through consistent follow-ups. Manage and track collections activities using AppFolio and Asana. Record and update all payment-related data accurately in the system. Address tenant concerns promptly and coordinate with property managers when necessary. Identify and escalate any payment delays or issues requiring management attention. Support process improvements to increase collection efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
