80Twenty is hiring: Marketing Specialist in San Francisco

80Twenty, San Francisco, CA, US

Save Job

Our client is a fast-growing healthcare AI company building an AI-powered clinical documentation platform for home health. Thousands of clinicians use the platform every day to reduce documentation time by more than 80%, reclaiming hours of patient-facing time. Backed by top-tier investors, the company is scaling rapidly and reshaping how care is delivered to older adults across the U.S.

As the company expands its go-to-market team in San Francisco, they are seeking a Marketing Specialist (flex on title) who wants ownership, creativity, and the opportunity to shape how a category-defining healthcare AI brand shows up in the market. This is not a support role—it’s a hands‑on, full‑stack marketing position for someone excited to build and grow a meaningful brand.

About the Role

The Marketing Manager will work directly with the company’s technical founders and go‑to‑market leaders to own storytelling, brand presence, and demand‑generation initiatives that fuel growth. This role’s work will be visible to executives at home health agencies, clinicians nationwide, and technologists shaping the future of home‑based care.

This opportunity is well‑suited for someone early in their career who is already outperforming peers and ready for increased ownership and impact.

What the Role Will Own

Brand & Content Creation

  • Design high‑quality marketing materials including case studies, flyers, one‑pagers, and decks
  • Create product marketing content such as demos, feature launches, and videos
  • Produce blogs, SEO‑driven content, and white papers
  • Build thought leadership content around AI, healthcare, and the team
  • Develop sales enablement materials for AEs and SDRs
  • Craft compelling narratives grounded in real user stories and outcomes

  • Continuously optimize website content and SEO performance
  • Experiment with new lead channels and user advocacy initiatives
  • Partner with Customer Success on customer delight programs (gifts, spotlights, social proof)

The ideal candidate:

  • Has 2–4 years of marketing experience and is already outperforming peers
  • This person does not need to have in depth experience with all of the above, but have a creative knack, with an appetite as a Marketing Generalist
  • Is highly execution‑focused with strong storytelling and design instincts
  • Can turn ambiguous ideas into polished, high‑quality assets independently
  • Enjoys engaging with users and translating insights into compelling content
  • Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑autonomy environments
  • Is comfortable owning end‑to‑end deliverables and being accountable for results
  • Is eager to grow into a Marketing Lead role over time

Why This Opportunity

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Flexible paid time off
  • Opportunity to work at the forefront of LLM innovation in healthcare
  • Founded by experienced AI researchers and technologists
