The Role: As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project plans and specifications, coordinating with subcontractors, and supporting preconstruction efforts from concept through final bid.
Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of Estimating experience with a General Contractor Proven experience on ground-up commercial projects Experience in Office, Healthcare, Municipal, Entertainment, or K-12 projects preferred Strong knowledge of construction means and methods Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
Important Note: Candidates xsgimln with solely multi-family estimating experience will not be considered for this role.
