My client, a local developer/builder of premium apartment projects, is looking for a Sr. Construction Superintendent to oversee all the field functions at an infill apartment project(s). MUST have +5 years experience in a senior role building multi family projects.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operation of construction project (onsite).
Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
Manage subcontractors, construction site organization, inspections
Manage contract payments, RFI's
