Your Role at Footprint Solutions
As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be key in strengthening our brand partnerships and helping retailers effectively present their products. Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing plan-o-gram updates
Stocking displays and shelves
Completing surveys and audits
Assisting in store remodels
Tagging products with security materials
This role involves traveling to multiple locations within a designated territory, ensuring each retail location meets our high standards.

Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Independent thinker and problem solver
Smartphone technology knowledge is a plus
Ability to manage time effectively
Adherence to high ethical standards
Must be self-motivated and organized
Must be at least 18 years old

Physical Requirements
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including reaching, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
This role will report to a District Manager while you work independently at retail locations.
