Employee Experience & Employer Branding Partner
We are looking for an operationally strong Employee Experience & Employer Branding Partner who will be responsible for executing and coordinating employee-facing initiatives in Poland, with a clear focus on the Warsaw hub.
This role is hands-on and delivery-oriented, combining internal communications, event and experience operations, and local employer branding execution, while ensuring alignment with global people standards.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and deliver employee experience initiatives in the Warsaw office
Own operational aspects of local events, team gatherings, and internal activities
Coordinate management off-sites and people-related events (logistics, schedules, vendors)
Support and maintain the hybrid work model, including coordination around the mandatory office day
Support global employee experience initiatives through execution and coordination
Work closely with the Istanbul and Guadalajara hubs to ensure corporate experience standards are applied
Execute employer branding initiatives for the Polish market in collaboration with the Marketing team
Coordinate timelines, materials, vendors, and logistics for employer branding activities
Ensure consistent application of employer branding guidelines in all local initiatives
Work with Polish vendors and contractors (including swag production and event suppliers)
Prepare and publish internal corporate announcements and people-related updates
Maintain and manage the internal communications calendar
Act as the coordination point between People, Marketing, and Corporate teams for internal communications
Ensure all internal communications comply with established communication guidelines
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in event management, office administration, internal communications, or similar operational roles
Experience in hands-on event coordination and employee initiatives delivery
Experience working with local Polish vendors and service providers (events, swag, logistics)
Experience working in an international or distributed organization
Experience in a fast-growing company is an advantage
Strong execution and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work with calendars, timelines, budgets, and vendors
Ability to follow established guidelines and ensure consistency in execution
Clear and structured written communication skills
High level of ownership and reliability in operational delivery
Languages
Polish - mandatory
Strong English
Ukrainian language proficiency would be a strong advantage
