Responsibilities
Manage policy renewals and maintain ongoing client relationships
Guide clients through the claims process when needed
Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage options
Oversee administrative functions such as budgeting and office recruiting
Collaborate with underwriting and internal support teams
Qualifications
Ability to manage office operations and hire staff
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
Proven success in sales, business, or personal achievements
Experience with developing marketing and sales plans is required
Background or experience in agriculture is a plus
Compensation $125,000 per year
