6 months contract Responsibilities
Source technology solution(s) with application in Semiconductor Manufacturing technology: Raw materials Equipment and new processing method Responsible for supplier candidate pool and assist in negotiations, purchase cost projection and capacity assurance for the materials. Coordinate both business and technical discussion with HQ Procurement Team and R&D Engineer to determine feasibility of the supplier. If sourced technology is selected, arbitrate business collaboration contracts with potential suppliers of technology solutions and obtain the best possible value and conditions. Examine market trends in Semiconductor Manufacturing and fulfill the request for the technology solution applicable to specific engineering project from HQ. In depth analysis of semiconductor manufacturing technology (trend, new technology update, etc) Develop a supplier pool for raw materials In depth analysis of potential supplier (both financial/technology) Conducts all procurement related activity including negotiating price and contract, issuing purchase order and securing the delivery of the goods Contract/price negotiation and create the value for both companies Analyze cost and true purchasing price Maintain final selection document, quotation, investment report and other documents(s) pertain to the purchase order Provides all relevant support for the IPC's negotiation and planning. Assists in maintaining and promoting use of the internal information for purchasing team's innovation Develop matrix of supplier score card and analyze Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement, Economics, Statistics or Finance. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or Finance It might requires traveling US and outside US Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of following software/systems: ERP, Excel, Financial Functions; Customer management; Database, statistical package or excel; Internet; Inventory; Order Processing; Project Management; Spreadsheet, Word Processing.
