In this role, you will be working as an Architectural Designer supporting major healthcare facility projects. This position is responsible for producing Revit‑based drawings, models, and coordination documents for an active multi‑year project on the west coast. You will play a key part in helping deliver project deliverables within structured deadlines while collaborating with a remote, multi‑disciplinary design team. This role may involve travel to project sites in the California Bay Area region.
This is an immediate and long‑term need for our client and is available on a contract‑to‑hire basis. This is a full‑time role with overtime available. Work is hybrid, with in‑office days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Pay: $35 - $50 / hr depending on experience and qualifications
Qualifications
Architectural Degree, ambition for licensure
3-10 years of architectural experience
Proficiency in Revit
Ability to work independently within a hybrid environment
Ability to coordinate effectively with project managers, consultants, and remote teams
Bonus
Previous experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or institutional design
Flexibility to travel occasionally for team meetings or site visits (San Francisco / Sacramento)
Willingness and availability to work occasional overtime as needed
