Our client, a dedicated organization supporting grant programs and data management, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the team supporting the organization’s efforts to organize, upload, and validate historic and ongoing grant data into their Salesforce CRM system. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title:

Data Analyst (part‑time, 2-5 hours/week)

Location:

Denver, Colorado (remote)

Pay Range:

$45-55/hour based on experience

What's the Job?

Support the organization, uploading, and validation of historic and ongoing grant data into Salesforce CRM system

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper mapping of data fields

Create and customize reports and dashboards to facilitate data analysis and reporting needs

Document data entry procedures and reporting standards for ongoing data management

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data insights into clear, actionable summaries

What's Needed?

Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning and/or Classic interface, with at least 2 years of experience

Understanding of Salesforce Objects, Fields, Record Types, and Page Layouts

Experience with data import/export tools such as Data Loader and Data Import Wizard

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data formatting)

Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills to troubleshoot data issues
