
The Agora Companies is searching for a
UI/UX Designer
to help design intuitive, scalable, and user-centered experiences across our marketing technology platforms. This role is well-suited for a designer who is building hands-on experience, eager to apply UX best practices, and interested in growing within a product-driven organization while collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.
Responsibilities
Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for web-based platforms
Apply user-centered design principles to improve usability and overall experience
Support user research initiatives and usability testing efforts
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI standards
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback
Create and maintain documentation and training resources (written guides and videos) to support front-end development standards and design best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience demonstrated through a portfolio
A strong UX/UI portfolio showcasing design process and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Solid understanding of UX principles and accessibility considerations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
Compensation Range –
$70,000 - $80,000 USD
Location(s) & Work Arrangement – Mount Vernon, Baltimore / Hybrid
