Employee Benefits Producer

Remote (Must be licensed and able to serve Central & Eastern Pennsylvania)
About the Role We are seeking an experienced
Employee Benefits Producer
to join our growing insurance platform serving
credit union members across Central and Eastern Pennsylvania . This role is ideal for a consultative producer who enjoys working with business owners and HR leaders to design employee benefits strategies that attract, retain, and protect their workforce.
You will work primarily with
warm, inbound leads provided through established credit union partnerships , focusing on small to mid-sized employer groups. You’ll be supported by strong carrier access, internal service teams, and a trusted referral environment that allows you to sell with credibility from day one.
What You’ll Do
Consult with credit union member businesses on employee benefits needs and workforce strategy
Produce new employee benefits business including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, and Voluntary benefits
Advise employers on plan design, contribution strategies, compliance considerations, and renewal management
Work inbound and referred leads generated through credit union relationships
Build long-term relationships with business owners, HR teams, and decision-makers
Partner with internal account management and service teams to deliver a high-quality client experience
Manage pipeline, opportunities, and follow-up activity within the CRM
Stay compliant with carrier, regulatory, and credit union partner requirements
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of employee benefits sales experience
Active
Pennsylvania Life & Health insurance license
(or ability to obtain quickly)
Proven success selling to small and mid-sized employer groups
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working remotely while serving a defined geographic territory
Experience working with referrals, affinity groups, or financial institutions preferred
Credit union or banking channel experience is a plus
