You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.# **A Day in the Life**The Program Manager, Executive & Director Development Programs owns the strategy, design, and execution of assigned executive and director development programs within the Global Learning and Leadership Development Center of Excellence (CoE). Operating at the program level, this role partners closely with a Program Director to translate portfolio direction and enterprise priorities into high-quality, adaptable development experiences in a fast-moving, executive-facing environment. The Program Manager brings strong judgment, applied strategic thinking, and disciplined execution—balancing service excellence with the ability to make decisions, anticipate needs, and drive continuous improvement. This role requires professional presence, comfort with change, and high personal accountability, and is well suited for a leader building strategic capability and preparing for broader portfolio leadership over time.
