Our client is hiring for an experienced sales-minded professional to lead sales, leasing, and marketing efforts across several manufactured home communities in the Inner Banks region. The company is a well-respected MH community owner and operator with communities across 8 states in the Eastern USA. Responsibilities

Help everyday people achieve their goal of finding a home to lease or own within a great community! Drive conversions and keep your prospect pipeline full Execute marketing campaigns that generate serious results Turn renters into homeowners and create lasting community impact Highlights

Base salary + lease commissions + sales commissions = opportunity to make over $100k! With a significant inventory of homes available for sales (or lease), you can start making commissions in your first month. What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED is required, College Degree preferred. 3+ years of professional sales experience (real estate, retail, hospitality, automotive, wireless, etc) Experience using marketing software platforms to drive customer traffic would be a big plus. Success utilizing a CRM system is highly preferred. Ability to work Saturdays and some holidays. Excellent negotiation, organizational, communication and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Positive attitude, self-motivated, resourceful, professional, and capable of achieving quota and exceeding goals. Have a knack for self-generating sales and leases through outreach and marketing initiatives.
