Qualifications
Experience in lease administration and handling lease agreements
Proficiency in resident retention strategies and practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Expertise in customer service and providing positive experiences for clients
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of property management processes and systems is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education or certifications in real estate are a plus
