Licensing & Revenue Specialist , you are the engine behind the company’s financial growth. This is a high-impact, sales-forward role where you own the full revenue lifecycle. You aren't just managing accounts; you are a "closer" responsible for qualifying incoming leads, crafting strategic quotes, and negotiating deals to a successful close. Once a partnership is secured, you ensure its long-term success through meticulous billing management and revenue auditing. You are the primary advocate for our partners and a key architect of our revenue stream. Sales & Revenue Generation (Primary Focus)
Lead Conversion & Sales:
Proactively manage the sales funnel, qualifying incoming leads and converting inquiries into high-value licensing agreements. Strategic Negotiation:
Own the "ask." Develop data-driven quotes and negotiate contract terms that maximize deal value while maintaining brand integrity. Full-Cycle Pipeline Ownership:
Navigate every stage of the sales process, ensuring a high conversion rate from initial outreach to the final signed contract. Growth Intelligence:
Stay ahead of industry trends, licensing regulations, and emerging technologies to identify new sales opportunities and provide strategic insights for market expansion. Revenue Integrity & Account Management
Revenue Capture:
Track and manage all non-subscription reporting (revenue-share and self-reports) to ensure every dollar earned is accurately captured. Compliance Auditing:
Conduct routine backend audits and download reviews to identify reporting discrepancies and ensure strict adherence to contractual agreements. The "Final Close":
Complete the sales loop by drafting invoices, managing the billing tracker, and maintaining flawless financial records within the company database. Qualifications & Skills

A Proven Sales Professional:
You have 2+ years of experience in a sales-driven environment or business development. You enjoy the challenge of hitting targets and closing deals. A Strong Negotiator:
You are comfortable handling objections and navigating complex contracts to reach a "Yes." Analytical & Detail-Oriented:
You have the "billing brain" required for high-level data analysis, financial reporting, and auditing. Tech-Savvy:
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and experience using CRM or ERP systems to manage a sales pipeline. Persuasive & Articulate:
You can build rapport instantly and explain complex licensing structures with clarity and confidence. Education & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting is preferred; however, equivalent professional experience in revenue management, licensing sales, or financial operations will be considered. Core Knowledge:
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and the principles of finance/accounting. Track Record:
Success in a dual-focus role that requires both aggressive revenue growth (sales) and administrative precision. Physical Dimensions & Environment
Setting:
Collaborative office environment in Bozeman, MT.
This is an in-office role that requires attendance 5 days per week. Operations:
Requires 6-8 hours of computer use per day. Close visual acuity is required for data analysis and contract review. Physical Tasks:
