
Our client is seeking an experienced
Senior Benefits Analyst
to support the administration, analysis, and ongoing optimization of employee benefits programs. This role will play a key part in ensuring benefits are delivered accurately, compliantly, and in alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a
self-starter
who can operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and wellness offerings
Serve as a subject matter expert for benefits-related questions from employees, HR partners, and vendors
Partner with vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and support annual renewal activities
Support open enrollment planning and execution, including system configuration, testing, and employee communications
Ensure accurate benefits data management and reporting within
Workday
Conduct audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and compliance
Support compliance requirements related to benefits programs (e.g., ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA)
Analyze benefits data and trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement
Document processes and contribute to benefits-related projects and enhancements as needed
Qualifications
4+ years of experience
managing and administering employee benefits across multiple programs
1+ year of hands-on experience with Workday , specifically within Benefits administration
Strong understanding of benefits compliance and regulatory requirements
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally
Experience supporting remote or distributed employee populations preferred
