Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. As an Architectural Specification Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with architects and designers, promoting DesignOneSource products, and supporting the specification of materials into residential and commercial projects. Core tasks include conducting product presentations, offering technical product support, and collaborating with the sales and distribution teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Knowledge and experience in Building Materials and the Architecture and Design community, understanding their applications and trends in the industry.
Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and strategies for tracking and managing client interactions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities to effectively support clients and stakeholders.
Knowledge of the design and construction industry is highly preferred.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a hybrid work environment.
