Overview
Hunton 9s Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits team seeks an associate with two to four years of experience in one or more of executive compensation (equity plans, executive contracts, compensatory partnership interests, etc.), ESOP transactions and employee benefits. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic record, exceptional analytical and writing skills and a desire to be part of a nationally recognized, collegial practice, working across all areas of executive compensation and employee benefits. This position is based in our Austin, Texas office, with in-office work expected a minimum of 4 days each week. Texas bar membership is preferred but, at a minimum, required within one year of commencing employment. EEO and Compliance
