Tavern Tycoon: Brew & Brawl , a semi-realistic stylized tavern management game with combat elements, built in
Unreal Engine 5 .
These are
remote, revenue-share only
roles (no salary, stipend, or hourly pay).
Applicants must be based in the
USA or Canada .
Open Roles Multiplayer Designer (Multiplayer / Systems) You’ll help design and support multiplayer or network-ready systems for current and future features.
Responsibilities
Implement and maintain
networked gameplay systems
Handle replication, RPCs, and authority flow
Support co-op or multiplayer features where applicable
Debug sync, latency, and connection issues
Work with gameplay and AI programmers to keep systems stable
Requirements
Unreal Engine networking experience
Understanding of
replication, client/server logic, and RPCs
Blueprint or C++ experience (either is acceptable)
General Requirements
Comfortable collaborating remotely via
Discord
Able to work within an existing project and take feedback
Based in the
USA or Canada
Comfortable with a
revenue-share only , long-term indie project
Compensation
Revenue-share only
(no upfront pay)
Percentage is project-based and documented in the Independent Contractor Agreement
before
starting
