In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing working drawings and permit drawings for residential projects. You’ll also be involved in some design work and occasionally visit job sites for field verification.
This is a contract-to-possible-permanent position that requires working on-site in Ocala, FL.
Job Requirements
1+ years of experience in architectural drafting with AutoCAD Architecture Familiarity with Florida codes and permitting processes is strongly preferred Experience producing permit and construction drawings for residential projects Strong understanding of building methods and construction details Some Revit knowledge is a plus Excellent communication skills and ability to meet directly with clients
