Senior Paralegal The Senior Paralegal is a full‑time position that will provide support to Legal Affairs through a wide range of duties, including the preparation of business and legal documents, legal filings and licensing filings. This position oversees contracts, insurance, trusts and probate matters, real estate and related activities with outside legal counsel, executing complex, sensitive, and analytical project work. The Senior Paralegal also handles confidential and sensitive information on behalf of all MPTF corporate officers, including the Vice President, Legal Affairs, and contributes to the effective management and control of all related matters assigned to the Legal Affairs Department.

Education

Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal certification required

Status as Notary Public preferred; can be attained after hire

Experience

Minimum five years of experience as a Paralegal in a corporate environment required

Experience with contract drafting, negotiation and management, probate, real estate, trusts and bequests and related legal matters required.

Knowledge of the healthcare and entertainment industries preferred.
