Job Description Key Responsibilities
Support mortgage loan officers and processors in loan file management Review loan files, collect borrower documentation, and submit to underwriting Communicate with clients and third parties (title, insurance, appraisals) Track and manage loans through each milestone Handle light marketing (email, social media), customer service, and admin tasks Run DU/LP for pre-approvals, credit checks, and assist in qualifying clients Qualifications
Recent mortgage lending experience supporting a high-performing loan office and branch team Familiar with Point, DU/LP, and loan flow Strong attention to detail, organization, and strong interpersonal and written communication skills-empathetic, articulate, and confident Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Background in fast-paced, high-touch environments such as hospitality, real estate, or customer service strongly valued Proficient in Word & Excel College degree preferred Company Description
